Janis to appear at Authors on the Move in Sacramento

Janis has accepted an invitation to appear at the Authors on the Move Benefit on March 16 in Sacramento, California. This is a major fundraising event by the Sacramento Public Library Foundation for 28 public libraries in Sacramento. The funds help pay for literacy and tutoring programs as well as books and materials. About 400 readers attend each year to meet with 45 California authors — a worthy cause and an honor to be invited. We’ll share more info closer to the event.

Reader’s Digest expands our audience

Reader’s Digest has a global circulation of 10.5 million, so I’m very excited that they are running a serial of The Hand on the Mirror in the issue on the stands now. What a great way to reach even more people who can be emboldened to tell their own stories! It’s online now. Each international edition decides which stories to share from the U.S. edition, so we’ll let you know as it appears there.
